The Pre-Owned Operations Manager assists the Pre-Owned Sales Manager in achieving maximum sales and profitability for the pre-owned department by providing support to the Director of Pre-Owned, CIG account executives, inside coordinators, service managers, branch managers, and customer care team members. These duties include, but are not limited to cultivating relationships with vendors, bank partners, equipment wholesalers, and other Toro distributors. In addition, the Pre-Owned Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory, sales order fulfillment, customer proposals, incumbent lease renewal processes and adherence to processes and procedures.
