Warehouse Operations Associate-Columbus
Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Operations Associate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; picking orders and transfers, assist with packaging and shipping orders, putting away stock, cycle counting, daily warehouse cleaning, moving equipment in and out of warehouse and all other tasks assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience
- Able to lift 75 lbs. unassisted
- Computer literate
- Handheld RF scanner literate
- Excellent verbal, written and time management skills
- Positive, energetic, creative personality
- Helpful, dependable and have a team player attitude
- Pays attention to detail.
- Minor building maintenance repair knowledge
- Can operate forklift/reach truck
- Needs to be able to work flexible hours to include weekends if needed
