Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation is seeking a Shop Assistant for our Pensacola location. This position will assist the Service Manager as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: washing and detailing new equipment prior to delivery, washing customer pay equipment prior to it being serviced, daily yard and shop clean up, and assisting technicians with repairs when needed.
Candidates must meet the physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to; standing for an entire shift, working outdoors, climbing, lifting, bending, stooping, and moving equipment up to 75 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 am until 3 pm daily.
