The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day performance and safety of the branch Service Department and the area field service technicians. This position plans and implements short- and long-term goals for the service department and is accountable for all aspects of the service business including billing, technician performance, repair quality, and customer relations. This includes staff hiring, work allocation, and performance management. The Service Manager contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring equipment is fixed right the first time, and customers receive clear and accurate communication throughout the repair process. This position works Monday through Friday. No weekend work is required. Occasional overnight travel required.
