The Birmingham Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day performance and safety of the Birmingham branch service department. This position plans and implements short and long-term goals for the branch service department. This includes staff hiring, work allocation, and performance management. The Birmingham Service Manager contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring equipment is fixed right the first time, and the repairs get done efficiently and when promised. The Birmingham Service Manager contributes to the efficiency in inventory management as well shipping and receiving of all products in the Birmingham facility.
