The Service Assistant assists in service workflow by staging new equipment set-ups, washing and cleaning equipment, uncrating and moving equipment, cleaning the shop and service areas, warehousing and maintenance duties, and delivering materials to customers. This position assists the Service Manager as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is staged for quick turn-around time, clean and presentable to customers’ and company expectations before delivery and staged for loading.
Preferred competencies, qualifications and skills for this role are high school diploma, ability to communicate and follow instructions, mechanical aptitude and clean driving record.
