The Systems Administrator is responsible for provisioning, installation, configuring, operating, and maintaining the computer and network hardware, software, and related infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the IT Department. This individual will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards. This position will serve as advanced support for the company’s technical support center. Experience in SAP Business One ERP Software and add-ons.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware and software including server resources and VOIP telephone systems. Review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Create, update, and delete user accounts as requested. Experience with Active Directory preferred.
