We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in our Atlanta office. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources and the Vice President, Atlanta Operations with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and the management of the most important asset of the Jerry Pate Company, its team members. The HR Manager helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs within the HR Department of Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation, as well as Century Equipment, A Jerry Pate Company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, workers compensation program, time entry, 401(k) administration, coaching, conducting background checks, etc. The Human Resources department supports our 230+ employees located in four states. This role is onsite and works in our Atlanta office daily. This is not a remote position. This role handles the day-to-day administrative tasks of our HR department. This is a hands-on role.
