Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation is the leading commercial golf & grounds equipment distributor in the southeast. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in our Pensacola, FL location. The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for all incoming financial transactions; posting of all funds received to customer accounts and general ledgers; settling of credit card transactions; reconciliation of general ledgers; billing of customer invoices, statements and interest; and maintaining accurate posting and deposit records.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; basic understanding of accounting; experience in cash management; ability to multitask in a fast pace environment; excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and time management skills; strong problem solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
