George Gassmann Irrigation Service Rookie of the Year

George joined our team in July 2023 and quickly mastered the skills needed to service his extensive customer base. Known for not only fixing issues, but also leaving customers in a better position for success, George’s enthusiasm and professionalism have strengthened customer relationships across the spectrum. Over the past 20 months, his positive and collaborative attitude has made a significant impact on both customers and peers, earning their trust and respect. We are thrilled for George’s future growth within our organization, as we hope he will continue to play a key role in maintaining and growing our irrigation service business.
