Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation is the leading commercial golf & grounds equipment distributor in the Southeast and Midwest. We are seeking a Credit Associate to join our team in our Pensacola, FL location. The Credit Associate is responsible for assisting customers with accounts; collection of delinquent accounts; maintaining notes on accounts; billing of customer invoices, statements, and interest; accounts receivable; and maintaining accurate posting, and deposit records.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; basic understanding of accounting; customer service; experience in cash management; ability to multitask in a challenging environment; excellent communication; organization; attention to detail; time management skills; strong problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
