Michael Allmon Toro Master Certification
We are pleased to announce Michael Allmon’s recent Toro Master Certification. Michael is a Commercial Field Service Technician in Georgia, and started with our team in 2019. Toro Master Certified Technicians must meet the following rigorous criteria:
- Tenure of at least 3 years @ a Toro distributor.
- Completed 2 or more System Pathways.
- Completed 3 or more Product Pathways.
- Demonstrated a high level of autonomy and initiative.
- Demonstrated refinement of their technical and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making and their problem solving is highly effective in challenging situations.
