The Service Technician performs technical support, mechanical repairs, set-ups, and maintenance work on commercial and contractor equipment in a shop environment. This position assists the Service Manager as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is fixed right the first time, and the repairs get done efficiently and when promised.
