We are seeking a Service Parts Coordinator to support our Service team by monitoring parts availability, tracking inbound parts, and coordinating parts availability through our vendors.
Candidate must have 2-4 years’ experience in a customer care or service environment dealing with repair parts or components. Candidate must have the ability to problem solve with a sense of urgency and communicate throughout the organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, and experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferred.
