This position is the primary liaison between ECHO Inc. and the dealer. The Dealer Service Coordinator works with the independent Dealer Service Departments providing technical support as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is fixed right the first time, and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsible for service-related duties with ECHO, Shindaiwa within JPTI and serves as a Customer Care Representative working in a supporting role as part of a team that consistently provides world-class service while achieving and maintaining excellent operational standards, developing, and cultivating customer relationships, effectively partnering with all other lines of business to eliminate obstacles and maximize opportunities.
