The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working in a team environment that consistently provides world-class service while achieving and maintaining excellent operational standards, developing and cultivating customer relationships to maximize opportunities. A CSR provides front line support to take orders, provide helpful information, and resolve issues to make sure our customers are satisfied with the products and services we provide.
