This position assists in the supervision of day-to-day shop operations and serves as the liaison between the customer and service department. In addition, this position oversees workflow and schedules (shop and/or field), interviews new candidates, and provides performance input. The Service Advisor assists the Service Manager as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is fixed right the first time, and repairs are completed efficiently and when promised.
Candidate must have a high school diploma, at least two years of related work in a customer service capacity, able to lift 75 pounds, stand for long periods of time and have evidence of technical education.
