This position assists in the supervision of day-to-day service operations (shop and field) and serves as the liaison between the customer and Service department. In addition, this position oversees workflow and schedules, interviews candidates, and provides performance input. This position assists the Service Manager as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is fixed right the first time, and repairs are completed efficiently and when promised.
